Flow Chart
The following chart illustrates the team’s thought process of how to implement the research and persona/scenario through the design.
The flow is simple. The user follows the chart through, selecting coffee shops on the list and then viewing locations, maps, and directions for them. The team decided, as can be seen when reading through the scenario, that it was important to Johannes to have some sort of recommendation system to rely on when selecting a coffee shop. The rating system that was put into effect was on a scale of 1-5 coffee cups, where 1 cup is a very poor rating and 5 cups is a very good rating.
